Customers are urged to use the Contact Page at www.worldsways.com/contact-us to communicate with the WorldsWays administration. We try to answer all inquiries within 24 hours. If you are a customer with a question or problem with one of our products, please use the same Contact Page . Customer support receives the highest priority.

Refunds

We believe our products are the best of their kind in their price category. They have superior benefits to similar products which are priced higher. That being said, it’s understandable that you may find a product or two that does not fit your needs or desires.

If you have purchased a WorldsWays product that you are not satisfied with, please contact us at the Contact Page and explain the problem. If your request is within the guarantee period, we will issue an immediate refund, no questions asked. If your request is not within the guarantee period, we will work toward your satisfaction nevertheless.

Why the $1.00 fee on refunds?

Our products are priced very very low. They are mostly downloadable digital products which you may keep on your computer, even after you have requested a refund.

    We institute the $1.00 fee for these reasons

  • The payment processor charges us a fee for our transactions
  • Most customers are honest. But there are some who habitually buy digital products and then ask for a refund. We want to discourage this habit. We institute this $1.00 fee to offset our costs and therefore keep the prices low for all.
